Policies and Shipping
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes or product lines may not be eligible for shipping.
In-Store Pickup is ALWAYS free.

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
We strive to get you the right product before you buy. If you have questions on fit or anything else call or text us to make sure you’re getting a bike or product that meets your needs. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. If the product is damaged, defective or clearly incorrect then contact us about a return label. For all other returns, ship via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs only on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Please make sure the order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package, or we may not be able to credit accounts properly.
- Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
- Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
- Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition with original packaging and tags in order to return.
- Bikes, framesets, installed parts and worn clothing cannot be returned. Please make sure you are clear on these purchases before finalizing your transaction.
- Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone/text, or by email for a refund. (See our Contact page.)
- Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return unless the product is damaged or faulty and we agree to cover the cost. If something minor happens to the product in shipping we reserve the right to deal with the issue and make it right vs. returning the bike/product.
- Closeout Items - closeout items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Prices and Information
Please note that all electric bike purchases will be charged a fee for battery recycling ($15), and all bikes sold in Oregon are subject to the Oregon Bike Excise Tax ($15).
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
