Our slogan of “Love your ride” is more than just words. We work to assure that you will be thrilled with both your new electric bike and your experience buying from Cynergy E-Bikes. We aim to deliver the same wide smile to our customers that so many of you show us the first time you test ride an electric bike. Here’s how we do it:
Electric Bicycle Price-Matching Guarantee
If you find a lower price on an identical brand and model of a fully-assembled electric bike currently available for sale at a local retail store, Cynergy E-Bikes will match that price. If you have not yet purchased the product from Cynergy, we will directly match the price. If you have already purchased the product from Cynergy, and find a lower local price within 7 days (including a price reduction from Cynergy), we will refund the difference.
Restrictions apply: (a) evidence of the lower price must be provided, (b) excludes closeouts, bikes labeled as damaged, used or refurbished and liquidation sales, (c) when calculating price, special discounts above and beyond Cynergy’s standard accessory discount may be applied to the calculation for the price match, (d) excludes Internet and non-local orders.
We offer FREE Delivery within the state of Oregon for any new e-bike purchase over $1,000 to locations that are within 25 miles of our store. Fees apply for deliveries of 25-35 miles, and we reserve the right to opt-out of deliveries of this distance during peak season. We do not deliver beyond 35 miles from the store. Please also be aware that due to excessive Portland rush hour traffic, we might require that the deliveries be during off-rush-hour times.
Do you need to ship a new electric bike? Depending on the bike, we offer shipping services either direct to the end-user’s location or to a qualified bike shop for assembly. Some e-bike manufacturers require assembly by a qualified bike shop. In such cases we can identify a shop to build the bike. We do not ship to the state of Washington. Washington customers must pick up their bike at our shop.

You’ll be getting a minimum of two service-related contacts following your purchase.
Expect a call from us about 7 days after your e-bike purchase. We’ll just be checking in to see if you have any questions about the bike and to make sure everything is performing properly.
Free Tune-up reminder: We offer a free tune-up. Bring your bike within 3 months or 300 hundred miles for us to adjust the brakes, derailleurs, check sensors, connections and fasteners. We will call you with a reminder shortly before the 3-month anniversary of your purchase. You may elect to request your free tune-up earlier.
Electric Bicycles - Our standard policy for e-bike returns is that you may return a new e-bike within 30 days of purchase for store credit. For Yamaha brand e-bikes, you have 7 days. Special orders are not exchangeable, nor returnable for store credit except for warranty related matters and/or where specific arrangements have been made with store management. If a request to return the bike is due to a condition covered under warranty, we reserve the right to repair the bike to the customer’s satisfaction. If under the rare circumstance a bike requires multiple repairs, the bike may be exchanged or returned.
The bike must be returned with all manuals, charger, battery, keys and accessories that came standard or were installed on the bike by our service department. Cynergy reserves the right to make adjustments to the store credit based on the condition of the bike and may deduct for damage and unusually worn items. No deduction will be applied for standard wear to tires, brakes and chains.
Cynergy reserves further right to (a) make adjustments to the store credit due to modifications made to the bike – whether it be modifications made by the customer or a Cynergy technician at the customer’s request (b) exclude from this policy products where the customer is notified they are “non-returnable” such as closeouts, refurbished products and those that were sold as “damaged” (usually minor) in which the customer was offered a discount for these stated conditions. Cynergy further reserves the right to apply these return limitations for bike that are specially ordered for the customer due to special sizing or because the bike is not one currently stocked by Cynergy. Where a product is not new, Cynergy will clearly state this to the customer prior to purchase. Floor models, unless otherwise stated, are considered new.
Accessories - You may return any accessory within 30 days of purchase for full refund provided it is returned in saleable condition and with its original packaging and instructions, unless marked as a closeout or otherwise non-returnable.
Items not purchased at Cynergy E-Bikes are not returnable to our store.
We offer 15% off our regularly marked price on any accessory when you purchase that accessory within 30 days of your bike purchase. After the first 30 days you still get 10% off accessories. While rare, some restrictions might apply.
Cynergy E-Bikes will occasionally offer coupons or special discounts. These will be honored during the specific discount time period if a customer mentions the promotional offer when they make their purchase.
Most accessories purchased with an e-bike are installed at no charge. Exceptions, in which there is an installation charge, include items where we have to stubstantially disassemble a portion of the bike to install the accessory and certain accessories that are extremely time consuming or difficult to install.
Cynergy E-Bikes has a full service department for both e-bike and traditional bicycle needs. Whether you have an electrical problem, need a battery tested, a broken spoke, a flat tire or are in need of tune-up …. or anything in between … we have the qualified staff to fix your bike.
